As a member of the ROLEModel Team, you will become part of a fun group of peers from a variety of schools across Perth who come together to embrace new friendships, new experiences and to showcase their individuality and style through the images that we create together!
Who is the perfect RoleModel?
The perfect ROLEModel is fierce and kind! Most are initially very shy and unsure of themselves in the beginning but together through the process of the program we will build on this and you will gain a self-assurance that you didn’t know was possible!
While some of the team members are mostly interested in fashion and or modelling and love the idea of a model like experience, they all want to be a part of our unique close team and enrich their journey throughout their high school years.
Team members are encouraged to support one another in person and online through social media.
Team members have the opportunity to participate in events and community service projects together to help give back in a positive way.
Being a part of this team not only gives you the opportunity to receive photoshoots throughout the year of your commitment to the program, but you will also be hands on involved with the marketing of ShaBo STUDIO and the RoleModel program to ensure that we provide the most amazing experience together!
As a ROLEModel you are expected to act like a role model for your peers and community. Any unacceptable behaviour may result in your application being revoked;
Why ShaBo STUDIO?
Self-confidence and self-love are crucial. Self-confidence is gained by pursuing passion, having unwavering peer support and solid positive friendships. Once self-confidence is gained, self-love is developed; Through this custom portrait experience, ShaBo STUDIO assists each team member to develop a sense of individuality and belonging resulting in a newfound level of self-confidence and self-love.
What do we do?
Have FUN! ShaBo STUDIO offers the ROLEModel team members a minimum of four fun styled sessions during the calendar year of their participation, at least one each school term.
Members receive an initial individual one on one portrait session, this allows us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable and build trust with me (a parent or guardian is welcome but the other team members will not be in attendance).
You will participate in the minimum required four styled group sessions throughout the year of your commitment to the program. We start off with hair and make up and a food platter to share, each participant is given a brief prior to the session so that they know what the theme is and can bring any items that work with the theme to personalise their experience.
You are encouraged to take behind the scenes and sneak peeks and share them to your social media using the #shabostudioteens #shabostudiorolemodel hashtags.
Images from each styled session will be featured on the ShaBo STUDIO blog and other social media platforms.
You will be gifted a copy of the annual ShaBo RoleModel Magazine featuring images of you from your experience throughout the year of your commitment to the program.
You will be gifted a ShaBo STUDIO Teens embroidered hoodie or t-shirt, a swag bag filled with goodies and much more!

Your experience with ShaBo STUDIO is unlike any other. Your portrait session is designed with a model-like experience in mind, full of creative flair while letting your authentic personality shine through in the images that we create together!
Your commitment
As a ShaBo STUDIO ROLEModel you must agree to attend all four styled group sessions. You will be gifted three to five images from each of these sessions to use in your social media to promote ShaBo STUDIO.
The cost to participate is $700 and must be paid upfront to participate in the program, this participation fee is non-refundable.
You are expected to promote ShaBo STUDIO with your friends and family. For every referral that books and pays their booking fee you will have the opportunity to choose from the three options on my referral program : https://shabostudio.com.au/referral-program-perth-photographer/
There are no restrictions on the type of session the referral books; for example, they may book a maternity, newborn or family session;
It is expected that you will book a full session for your year twelve “leavers” session. This session will include the cap and gown series and your ballgown, all in studio, and after you receive your graduation sash;
